September 26: Fall Fundraiser: Butter Braids!
October 10: Butter Braid forms due
October 12: Pep-Rally, during the day
October 12: Football Game after school @ WIS, required for Adv. & Int. 2; jeans and band shirt
October 14: Stellar Brass Performance during school. Optional Clinic afterwards.
October 17: Advanced Band at school for district In-Service. 8:15-3:00. Wear band shirt.
October 18: Honor Band program picture at Johnson Space Center during day - Advanced Band Only
October 19: Butter Braid delivery 3:00 – 5:30
October 22: Region Band Auditions @ Westbrook Intermediate, required for Int. 2 & Adv.
October 25: CCISD Marching Festival after school. Required for all 7th and 8th graders, district stadium
October 27: Fall Concert, Intermediate Band 1, Required, 6:30 p.m. call time
October 28: Region Band Concert & Clinic @ Clear Lake Intermediate
December 2: High-seller fundraiser reward: Mini-Lockin. By invitation. 4:00-6:00
December 3: Barnes and Noble ensemble performances, by invitation
December 5: Elementary Tour - Adv. band only, jeans and band shirt (during school)
December 8: Winter Concert - 6:30 call for Int. 1, 6:45 call for Int 2 and Adv. Formal dress, Required
January 9: Repair shop at Westbrook during the day to look at student instruments
January 19: Performance for prospective WAVE 5th grade students, Adv. band, during school
January 31: Performance for 5th grade students, Adv. band, during school
February 1: Chick-fil-A (League City Towne Center) fundraiser night. 20% of all sales made between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm will be donated to the band. Come support us!
February 2: Pre-TMEA Performance, Adv. band, formal dress, at CLEAR CREEK HS. Parents should bring their child to CCHS for vests and bowties at 6:30. Warmup at 6:45, concert starts at 7:00.
February 3: Lock-In 6:00pm-12:00am @ WIS
February 9: Pre-Honor Band Concert, Adv. band, Westbrook Intermediate School
February 10: Honor Band Concert at TMEA, Lila Cockrell Theatre at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center, San Antonio. Adv band, formal dress. Performance at 12:30: see itenerary
February 13:Begin Booster Club fundraiser
